Application phase for Reaktor Berlin begins

The accelerator offers start-ups up to 12,000 euros, coaching and office space in Berlin. Young companies can apply until May 10.
The Accelerator Reaktor Berlin is launching a six-month program for the development of pre-seed start-ups. Start-ups that are no more than three months old and based in Berlin can apply.
The program is aimed at young companies that "offer solutions to the major challenges facing our society". These include climate change, gender inequality and diversity, housing, education, sustainable food and efficient healthcare systems. Start-ups can apply until May 10. Those who impress with their online application will be invited to speed dating with mentors and a pitch.
The start-ups that are accepted into the program will receive 2,000 euros per co-founder for six months. The founders can also use office space in the center of Berlin. In addition, the start-ups receive intensive support from mentors and help in making contact with angels and investors.
The accelerator is supported by the European Social Fund and the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises. Reaktor Berlin is backed by the investors High-Tech Gründerfonds, Starthub Ventures, Business Angels Berlin Brandenburg, Project A, Westtech Ventures and Accel.
