HYGH closes EUR 21.5 million financing round

HYGH, a leading provider of digital out-of-home (DOOH) marketing, has closed a successful eight-figure financing round and received fresh capital from Sparta Capital Management.
Berlin - Led by Sparta Capital Management, a UK institutional investor, HYGH has raised both equity and debt capital. This significant financing round marks an important milestone for HYGH and underlines the company's scalable concept, advanced technology and dedicated team.

Thanks to the capital from this financing round, HYGH will push ahead with its expansion plans and focus on scaling its existing networks in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as well as entering new European markets. Within the next twelve months, HYGH aims to be present in the 15 largest German cities.
HYGH has gained the trust of Sparta Capital Management, which is actively involved in shaping the company's strategy. The current financing round was raised at an implied valuation in the mid eight-digit range, which represents a significant increase compared to the previous round and confirms HYGH's robust growth. In addition, the expanding market for digital outdoor advertising offers significant untapped potential.
