Kolibri founders want to leave their start-up

Within five years, the Berlin start-up Kolibri has grown to over 100 employees. Now the founders are leaving.
At first, Kolibri was just a small student project. Today it is a company that develops mobile games such as "Idle Miner Tycoon". The founders have long since been joined by more than 100 employees. Last year, the Paris-based video games company Ubisoft bought the start-up from Berlin. Now the time has come for the founders to leave Kolibri. They also want to sell their remaining shares to Ubisoft. They explained this in an interview with Gründerszene.
Daniel Stammler, Janosch Sadowski and Oliver Löffler will therefore only manage Kolibri until the end of April. Co-founder Tim Reiter left the company months ago and, according to Gründerszene , is already back in the games industry as a founder with Ebb & Flow Games. The founders see their task of taking the company to the next level as complete. Their gut feeling is no longer decisive for the next growth phase.
