Zolar gains former Tesla manager as Vice President for the partner business
Berlin - The German solar platform Zolar is strengthening its management team with the addition of former Tesla manager and industrial engineer Richard von Oldershausen. In his role as Vice President for Installation Partners, the experienced expert in business processes and team scaling will contribute his international knowledge. The appointment underscores Zolar's commitment to the rapid growth of photovoltaic installations, which have tripled in just one year. Von Oldershausen, previously with Tesla, will use his expertise to address the ongoing skills shortage in the energy transition with effective solutions to support Zolar's ambitious goal of powering over ten million European homes with renewable energy by 2030.
Matthias Laug becomes new CTPO at climate tech start-up Enter
Berlin, August 30, 2023 - Climate tech start-up Enter is bringing experienced tech pioneer Matthias Laug on board. As Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO), he will drive forward Enter's technological development and digital offering from October 1. Laug, previously co-founder of TIER Mobility, will contribute his expertise to implement innovative services on the platform and further expand the individual consulting offering for homeowners. His successful past in founding TIER Mobility as well as his role as CTO at the Lieferando website make him a valuable addition to Enter's team.
Foodpanda founder Felix Plog becomes Chief Revenue Officer at cleantech company thermondo
Foodpanda founder Felix Plog is joining the management team of cleantech company thermondo in the newly created position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Plog oversees all sales activities and processes along the customer journey, from acquisition to heat pump installation. He oversees departments such as Demand Generation, Lead Warming and Sales Operations as well as Commercial Product Management. Plog's experience in building and scaling technology companies, including Foodpanda and Enpal, will help to optimally combine growth and customer experience at thermondo and drive the decarbonization of private households.
Workwise strengthens expansion: Lukas Kretzinger new CFO to drive financial strategy
Karlsruhe-based recruiting startup Workwise is strengthening its management team with the appointment of Lukas Kretzinger as Chief Financial Officer. Kretzinger, formerly CFO of WindStar Medical and Associate Director at ProSiebenSat.1, brings extensive experience in financial strategy and development. With this new appointment, the company is aiming to drive forward its expansion plans following successful growth and increased sales in recent years. Workwise, founded in 2015, recently completed a EUR 12 million financing round and is now appointing a CFO for the first time to drive its strategic development.
