Medwing expands management team
The HR platform is strengthening its marketing and revenue organization.
The healthcare HR platform Medwing is expanding its management team with Cornelia Villa as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Ognjen Zeric as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is the first time the two C-level positions have been filled.
Cornelia Villa joins Medwing with over 17 years of experience in the B2C and B2B tech industry. Prior to the move, she was Managing Director at XING. In her new position as CMO, she will be responsible for the marketing organization. Ognjen Zeric comes to Medwing from Secret Escapes. He helped build up the travel provider. At Medwing, Zeric will be responsible for the revenue organization, including permanent placement, temporary employment, marketplace, international recruiting and (key) account management.
Johannes Roggendorf and Timo Fischer founded Medwing in 2017. In addition to Germany, the HR platform is now also active in France, Austria and the UK and currently employs more than 300 people, according to the company. The company claims to work with more than 3,000 clinics and care facilities in Germany.
