Nils Richter becomes new Chief Growth Officer at Allygatr

As a new member of the management team, he will be responsible for sales, among other things. He brings with him more than 16 years of expertise in the HR sector.

As of August 15, Nils Richter, former Managing Director of Michael Page and Staffgroup, will join Allygatr as Chief Growth Officer. As a new member of the management team, he will be responsible for driving sales, among other things.

Nils Richter, a Berliner and father of two, has been Managing Director of Staffgroup GmbH for the past three years. His tasks now include ensuring the long-term growth of Allygatr's investments, in particular the current recruiting solutions. Together with Allygatr founder and Managing Director Benjamin Visser and the management group, he will make investment and incubation decisions for the future structured development of the Allygatr portfolio, according to the company.

In addition, he will accompany and support the individual companies in servicing important customers and increasing sales.
