Susanne Wruck becomes new COO at Pair Finance

The experienced e-commerce manager will help the fintech to expand.

The debt collection fintech Pair Finance has appointed Susanne Wruck as its new COO. From August 1, 2022, she will take over the role from Fabian Platzen, who will now focus on his role as Chief Financial Officer. Wruck most recently spent a decade in e-commerce at Flaconi and Bringmeister. At Flaconi, she was primarily responsible for fulfillment, delivery and customer care.

Commenting on the change in leadership, Pair Finance founder Stephen Stricker said: "I would like to thank Fabian, who has taken on the role of COO very successfully to date and will now focus his full attention on the nationally and internationally growing finance and legal division."

With currently 180 employees, Pair Finance is active in the debt collection sector with AI technology solutions and individualized customer service. The technology has also been available in Austria since 2021. In July 2022, the company won an MPE Award for its use of artificial intelligence and data analysis.
