The investor is supporting the wind power start-up not only with money, but also with expertise in the software sector.

Caeli Wind and the Munich-based venture capital firm Twip have agreed to work together. The aim is to make certain IT services of the Berlin-based wind energy start-up customer-ready and to scale them up quickly. Twip has also invested in Caeli Wind.

"We support Caeli with software engineering. Technology is a key lever in Caeli's business model," says Nicolas Olberg from Twip. "If Caeli's platform brings landowners and wind power project developers together more quickly, this will be an important step forward for the energy transition in Germany."

Twip now provides Caeli Wind with a group of developers to quickly expand the solutions within Caeli Wind's IT environment and lay the foundation for the company's future expansion.

"Twip's investment is essential to support our growth ambitions," says Andreas Rieckhoff, Chief Operating Officer of Caeli Wind GmbH. "Together we will achieve our mission to accelerate the expansion of wind turbines and thus advance the energy transition."
