wondder receives EUR 500,000 in Angel round

The Berlin-based tech start-up wondder has successfully raised capital in an angel round with its VR leadership training concept, including from HR tech VC allygatr.
The wondder.io team combines state-of-the-art technology with the latest scientific findings in their virtual environment. Among other things, they offer diversity training in which participants can slip into the perspective of another person thanks to virtual reality, for example as the first astronaut in space. Two of their VR training courses have been nominated for the Laval Virtual Awards 2022, which have been presented for 25 years.
wondder relies on crowdinvesting platform
The strategic importance of business angels for wondder is a priority for CEO and founder Mihai Streza. A special feature of the financing round was the opportunity for investors to apply for an investment via the crowdinvesting platform Leapfunder. However, Streza emphasizes that this is not crowdfunding, but a crowdinvesting platform that is only accessible to verified investors. In fact, only a small proportion, just under 15 percent, of the investments were made via Leapfunder, while the majority were acquired via traditional channels.
Investors were also able to apply for an investment in wondder via the Leapfunder crowdinvesting platform.
