The Swiss company completes its market entry in Germany with the purchase of the software company based in Coburg.

The Swiss Etops Group AG acquires the German software provider Coryx. Both companies are active in the financial services sector. Founded in 2001 by Uwe Schenk, Coryx offers digital solutions for portfolio management. The company's proprietary software enables the automated processing of large volumes of data from portfolios held by various custodian banks. These functions are primarily aimed at wealthy clients. As part of the takeover, Coryx will operate under Etop's name on the German market in future.

Etops intends to supplement its wealth management platform with the Coryx software. Another aim of the acquisition is to enter the German market. "We are firmly convinced that our integrated wealth management and family office solutions and services will meet with great demand not only in Switzerland, but also in Germany," says Etops CEO Pius Stucki. The last acquisition by Etops was not long ago. Etops acquired the Swiss company Infinys at the end of 2021.
