Etops acquires Coryx

The Swiss company completes its market entry in Germany with the purchase of the Coburg-based software company.
The Swiss Etops Group AG acquires the German software provider Coryx. Both companies operate in the financial services industry. Founded in 2001 by Uwe Schenk, Coryx offers digital solutions for managing portfolios. The company's proprietary software enables the automated processing of large amounts of data from portfolios of different custodian banks. These functions are primarily aimed at high-net-worth clients. As part of the acquisition, Coryx will operate under Etop's name in the German market in the future.
With the Coryx software, Etops intends to complement its wealth management platform. Another goal of the acquisition is to enter the German market. "We are firmly convinced that with our integrated solutions and services in the wealth management and family office sector, we will meet with great demand not only in Switzerland, but also in Germany," said Etops CEO Pius Stucki. The last acquisition by Etops was not long ago. It was only at the end of 2021 that Etops bought the Swiss company Infinys.
