Hawk AI and Diebold Nixdorf enter into partnership

The German start-up's software for combating money laundering and fraud is now also being distributed by the US software company.
The Munich-based start-up Hawk AI today announced a partnership with the US company Diebold Nixdorf. Hawk AI operates a software platform for banks, payment service providers and fintechs to combat money laundering and fraud. Diebold Nixdorf, on the other hand, is a provider of connected commerce and focuses on the automation, digitalization and design of daily user interactions in the banking and retail business.
Both companies now want to distribute Hawk AI's software together, with the partnership initially covering the DACH region.
"We are seeing more and more financial institutions using modern technologies such as those from Hawk AI," says Tobias Schweiger, co-founder and CEO of Hawk AI. However, the implementation of new systems can always be a barrier. "That's why we're delighted to be partnering with Diebold Nixdorf, and with their distinctive expertise and practical consulting services, to bring about change even faster and more securely together in the future."
Schweiger founded Hawk AI together with Wolfgang Berner in Munich in 2018. In June 2021, Hawk AI closed Series A financing in the amount of ten million US dollars.
