The real estate company Strategis is investing in the Berlin fintech. In doing so, it wants to support the newly founded start-up right from the start.

Berlin-based real estate financier Finlist gains a strategic investor, reports Finance Forward. Berlin-based real estate company Strategis is taking a stake in the start-up, although no details of the amount or shares have been disclosed. Finlist's platform makes it possible to find suitable investors for projects. The service is aimed at professional investors and real estate buyers. The start-up was only founded this year by Sandra Olschewski and Florian Hollm. They do not want to earn money from commissions, but from package prices.

Strategis also wants to support the start-up with its broad network. The real estate manager has more than 6,000 apartments and offices in its portfolio. Strategis aims to help "projects to be submitted directly to lenders using an automated request teaser and to be matched with potential investors", the start-up writes on LinkedIn.
