Junique wins Zalando manager

From April, the Myposter subsidiary will be managed by Philippa Hasse, who will expand the poster and art store with her e-commerce platform.
Junique has a new managing director. Philippa Hasse will take over the management of the poster store on April 1. Hasse has held various positions at Zalando in recent years. According to the company, they now want to make use of her e-commerce experience.
Junique, founded in 2014 by Lea Lange and Marc Pohl, primarily sells framed posters and pictures. The start-up has been part of the Myposter Group since the end of last year. Behind the company are brothers René and Marc Ruhland, who launched their poster mail order business back in 2011. In addition to its own store and the latest acquisition, Junique, the Munich-based group's sales channels also include Kartenliebe and Artphotolimited.
Junique will continue to exist as its own brand even after the takeover, with around 70 employees working at the Berlin location. "Philippa is very familiar with the e-commerce business and has strategically developed many businesses as a responsible manager," says Myposter CEO René Ruhland about the commitment. The company has ambitious plans with Junique, which Hasse will now implement.
