The Munich-based start-up StrollMe wants to make a name for itself with a ride-on vehicle for children. Now it is receiving money from two new investors.

Hamburg-based Hanse Ventures is investing in the start-up StrollMe together with Edition.VC, the venture capital company of Lovoo founder Björn Bak. This is reported by German Startups. Founded last year by Timon Beutel and Sebastian Reichelt, the company offers a subscription model for baby carriages and children's bikes. There is no information on the amount of the investment, but there is information on the division of the company's shares: Hanse Ventures now holds 16.7 percent of StrollMe, Edition.VC 9.3 percent. The two founders are still majority shareholders with 36 percent each.

Parents can buy a subscription to StrollMe from 12.50 euros per month. On the website, the start-up writes: "The subscription grows with your child and you are always on the move in the right size." Among other things, the start-up offers a "Mountain Buggy" and the Austrian "Woom" children's bikes.
