The Berlin start-up Meisterwerk raises two million euros in its seed round, as the company announced on Linkedin announced on Linkedin. The round is being led by a Swedish consortium of founders led by Marcus Krüger. Seed + Speed Ventures and the family office Wecken & Cie - Care4 AG are also participating. The existing investors Speedinvest, Innovation Nest and Kauri Tech Investment GmbH are also investing.

Nick Sonnenberg and Bertram Wildenauer developed the craftsman app in 2018.

"We don't just want to offer tradespeople a software solution. We want to help them acquire more digital expertise and improve their project management," says the founding duo about the idea. With their app, they want to bundle the entire planning and organization of tradespeople on one platform. This should make it easy to plan jobs and exchange information. The app also includes the option of submitting vacation requests and sick notes.
