Berlin, March 2025 - Berlin-based HR tech company builder allygatr is expanding its portfolio and acquiring a stake in the startup Senior Connect. The platform uses artificial intelligence to specifically match professionals over 50 with companies. Together with allygatr investors Matthias Röhring and Felix Schauerte, who are making a co-investment, allygatr is supporting the start-up on its way to becoming a platform for age-diverse teams.

AI-supported transfer of experience and expertise

The founding team of Senior Connect - Tim Findeiss, Staël Tchinda and Samuel Keitel - developed the idea from a personal need: their parents and grandparents wanted to remain active after retirement and pass on their expertise. The platform uses AI-based algorithms to precisely match the experience and skills of senior professionals with suitable job vacancies - more intelligently than traditional job boards.

One focus of the partnership is the development of an offboarding solution as a smart outplacement. The aim is to enable companies to place departing specialists in new fields of activity in a targeted manner - an economically and socially relevant solution.
