Neteera Series-B with 13 million USD

Neteera Technologies Ltd has closed a USD 13 million Series B financing round led by Aescuvest. In addition, a strategic partnership between Neteera and Omega has been agreed.

Neteera is an Israeli startup specializing in the development of a platform for contactless patient monitoring. This platform enables continuous monitoring of patients' biomarkers in real time, resulting in improved patient care and increased efficiency of medical staff. Neteera's technology has been cleared by the FDA.

The funding round was led by Munich-based investment firm Aescuvest, along with other investors including Omega Healthcare Investors, Nanz Family Office, Ankor Holding and Esas Private Equity. The startup will use the financing round to accelerate the sale, production and deployment of the contactless patient monitoring and to drive the development of the medical sensor platform.

Omega Healthcare Investors has not only invested in Neteera's financing round, but has also entered into a strategic partnership with the company. As part of this partnership, Neteera will become the official provider of contactless patient monitoring for Omega's network of long-term care facilities in the US.
