New business airline apparently wants to take off from Hamburg

According to a media report, a new charter line is to be launched in Hamburg. Much is still unclear, but there is already an entry in the commercial register.
While airlines are struggling with low travel volumes due to the coronavirus pandemic, a new charter airline is apparently set to take off in Hamburg soon. The specialist portal Aerotelegraph became aware of the start-up because it advertised for pilots on a job portal.
The new airline, called Platoon Aviation, announced there that it would be using "brand new Pilatus PC-24s". These are the latest generation of aircraft. As the trade magazine has now discovered, two PC-24 jets bearing the Platoon logo can be seen under construction and being tested in the Swiss municipality of Stans.
The start-up now also has an entry in the German commercial register. Platoon Aviation GmbH & Co. KG and Platoon Aviation Verwaltungs GmbH are registered there. The plan is to provide "services of all kinds in the field of aviation and their distribution". More information is not yet known. The Managing Director of Platoon Aviation Verwaltungs GmbH, Deniz Miro Weißenborn, did not wish to comment publicly to aerotelegraph.
