Plan A raises capital in the amount of 10 million US dollars

HV Capital and Keen Venture Partners lead the financing round. Existing investors Demeter IM and Coparion are doubling their investment from the seed round.
Plan A's software enables companies to monitor and reduce their CO2 emissions, among other things. The start-up, which was founded in 2017, has now raised ten million US dollars in a financing round. Munich-based venture capital firm HV Capital and Dutch Keen Venture Partners are leading the financing round. Existing investors Demeter IM and Coparion also invested again, doubling their investment from the previous seed round.
Plan A now wants to use the capital to further develop its platform and expand internationally. To this end, offices are to be set up in London, Munich, Paris and other international centers. The company had already opened offices in Paris and Munich in 2021. The company aims to go fully global in the next three years and is hiring a large number of new employees.
"Since our founding, together with our incredible team, we have worked hard to make sustainability a must for every company, which was not a given a few years ago," writes founder and CEO Lubomila Jordanova on LinkedIn. "We are convinced that our advanced and automated software can help any company quickly achieve tangible results in decarbonization and reporting that go beyond simple carbon offsetting."
According to Plan A, it has already won customers such as BMW, Société Générale, JOKR, Apax and the European Union.
