Rencore raises four million US dollars

The Saas provider secures four million US dollars. The money will be used to improve the company's cloud collaboration technology.
The software provider Rencore has completed its Series A financing round of four million US dollars. The round was led by Capnamic Ventures. The company intends to use the money to further improve its technology.
Founded in Munich in 2013, the start-up offers software that enables companies to manage the use of cloud collaboration services such as Microsoft 365. The market for these services is growing strongly and is expected to reach 66.92 billion dollars by 2026, an increase of 35.14 billion dollars since 2020. Rencore's product, Rencore Governance, enables organizations to enforce governance strategy for dealing with these offerings.
"We are very excited to close this Series A funding round with Capnamic," said Matthias Einig, CEO and co-founder of Rencore. "Capnamic is not only financially invested, but also very experienced in helping technology start-ups and SaaS providers in particular to succeed at the next level.
