Scanbot SDK gains new CFO

Dag Jessel is to drive the company's growth. The manager previously worked for Lufthansa, among others.

Scanbot SDK GmbH has appointed Dag Jessel as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With more than ten years of experience as a private equity CFO and managing director, Jessel is now strengthening the software company's management team. He will support Scanbot SDK in the areas of finance, operations and leadership.

Prior to his position at Scanbot SDK, Jessel was Managing Director and CFO at Nox NachtExpress, a B2B logistics company specializing in the overnight transport of time-critical goods. Previously, he held senior positions at Lufthansa in engineering, operations and mergers & acquisitions, among others, before becoming Director of Finance and HR for North Asia.

Scanbot SDK marks Jessel's first foray into the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry. "The company impressed me with its vision to help consumers and employees digitize real-world information and make data capture as easy, accurate and fast as possible," says Jessel. He would look forward to the new challenge.
