Share a Camper sells German business

Partial exit at Share a Camper: the business in Germany goes to French competitor Yescapa. It is not known how high the purchase price was.
A banner can now be seen at www.shareacamper.de, which directs interested parties to the Yescapa website: The motorhome and caravan rental company has sold its German business to its French rival Yescapa. The purchase price has not yet been disclosed. The start-up, which was founded in 2014, was also active in Australia and New Zealand in addition to Germany - these parts of the business will be retained and will continue to be managed by co-founder Florian Dahlmann.
Yescapa claims to be Europe's largest sharing platform for campers and has tripled its fleet with the takeover. The company was founded in 2012 and is active in 74 countries. Over half a million users are said to have already taken advantage of the service.
