Partial exit from Share a Camper: The business in Germany goes to the French competitor Yescapa. It is not known how high the purchase price was.

There is now a banner at www.shareacamper.de

directing interested parties to Yescapa's website: The rental company of motorhomes and caravans has sold its German business to the French rival Yescapa. The company has so far remained silent about a purchase price. The start-up, founded in 2014, was active in Australia and New Zealand in addition to Germany - these parts of the business will be retained and will continue to be managed by co-founder Florian Dahlmann.

Yescapa claims to be Europe's largest sharing platform for campers and was able to triple its fleet with the acquisition. The company was founded in 2012 and is active in 74 countries. Over half a million users are said to have already taken advantage of the service.
