Enter receives 20 million euros in Series B
The Berlin-based tech start-up Enter has successfully completed a Series B financing round of 20 million euros. Investors include existing investors such as Coatue, Target Global, Partech and Foundamental as well as SE Ventures, the venture arm of Schneider Electric, for the first time. In total, Enter has raised over 40 million euros since its foundation in 2020.
Enter automates energy-efficient refurbishment
Enter's mission is to make energy-efficient renovations as efficient and simple as possible. The new generation of platforms makes it possible to go through the entire process from inventory to implementation in just a few minutes and without human intervention:
- Building survey in the Enter app: material, condition, energy requirements.
- Refurbishment path via AI: funding programs, CO₂ prices, energy prices and climate targets are dynamically included.
- Specialist companies at the touch of a button: Automated matching from a nationwide network of certified tradespeople.
Direct access to millions of households
Through partnerships with Dr. Klein, Allianz and Engel & Völkers, Enter is directly present at the point of decision, when buying a house, financing or insuring.
The company aims to cross the threshold to the mass market with industrial scalability for hundreds of thousands of households every year. This is made possible by:
- Self-service for homeowners
- AI-driven analytics and supply logic
- Bundling demand via central platform processes
