The Franconian start-up provides employees with an overview of their company's benefits. Be+ has now completed a seven-figure seed financing round. Business angel Bernd Geilen is a new investor.

The HR start-up Be+ has received a seven-figure sum in a recent seed financing round. Existing investors and a new business angel are also involved: Bernd Geilen was a long-standing board member at ING and is now backing the Franconian company Be+ as an investor. The start-up offers companies platforms that make potential company benefits visible to employees.

"Especially in these difficult times, companies need to take the right measures to retain their employees and make work more pleasant for everyone with smart digital processes," says Geilen about his investment. Alongside him, Klaus O. Schmidt, Michael Kraus and Rogier Minderhout are business angels of the start-up.

Frank Nobis founded Be+ in 2020. He also previously gained experience at ING and worked at the Institute for Pension and Financial Planning. "Many companies already offer great benefits in order to survive in the war for talent. However, these are often not presented in an appealing way and languish on the intranet or in untraceable directories," says Nobis, explaining his motivation for Be+. The HR start-up makes it possible to view all benefits at a glance. According to the company, the number of users is growing and the latest innovation is the digital administration of coronavirus tests for employees.
