The start-up intends to use the capital from the financing round to expand and extend its existing partnerships.

Bringoo received five million euros in a Series A financing round. The family office CIC, Florian Schürenkrämer and the venture capital company 20 Scoops invested.

Hasib Khan, Robert Kusobucki and Christian Puell founded their delivery service Bringoo in Hamburg at the end of 2020. Customers can use the start-up's platform to select a partner company in their area and put together a shopping basket. Bringoo employees then purchase the desired goods and deliver them to their doorstep within 45 minutes or within a flexible delivery window. The start-up therefore does not need its own warehouse or supply chain. Its partners include Edeka, Penny, Metro, Obi, Hugendubel and Getränkepartner.

"We will now use the additional capital to expand further, as two thirds of the German population still do not have access to same-day delivery or quick commerce," says Bringoo co-founder Hasib Khan. "By working with our retail partners, our model is scalable and profitable. Especially in non-urban areas, exactly where no one has dared to go yet." Bringoo is currently represented in Hamburg, Berlin and Cologne, but is also active in the Cologne area in cities such as Frechen, Hürth and Brühl.
