Coachhub receives 80 million US dollars

The training start-up from Berlin intends to use the money primarily for rapid expansion.
The Berlin-based start-up Coachhub has completed its Series B-2 financing round and raised 80 million US dollars. The money comes from VCs Draper Esprit, Rtp Global, Hv Capital, Signals Venture Capital, Partech and Speedinvest, among others. According to the start-up, it has raised a total of 130 million US dollars to date.
The money will primarily be used to expand the training start-up. Because the coaching market is booming. In the first half of this year, Coachhub claims to have exceeded expectations in terms of new business. In addition, the start-up has tripled the number of its employees and has acquired further major brands as customers. These include Kpmg, Babbel and Fujitsu.
"This latest financing round enables us to meet the ever-growing demand for digital solutions for training and personnel development triggered by the pandemic," says co-founder and Chief Sales Director Yannis Niebelschütz. Coachhub uses artificial intelligence to connect its users with what it claims are more than 2,500 certified business coaches. Expert discussions are currently available in more than 60 languages.
