Finleap Connect and C Ventures found regulation start-up

42Stages is the name of the latest company from the start-up incubator Finleap Connect. The Frankfurt-based company is co-founded by venture capitalist C Ventures and is dedicated, among other things, to regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
Berlin-based fintech Finleap Connect and venture capitalist C Ventures have founded a company: 42Stages is dedicated to regulatory requirements and helps with the implementation and integration of regulatory requirements. The company, which operates as a SaaS provider, is managed by Patrick Giesen, who previously held the position of Head of Business Unit Risk Management at Finleap Connect.
"Our vision is to leverage potential for our customers that is currently untapped by combining innovative and modern technologies with outstanding technical expertise," says Giesen about his new role.
After a year of development, 42Stages was founded out of the Finleap start-up, but is still connected to the Finleap ecosystem. "finleap connect stands for rethinking things. That's why we are always able and willing to break new ground digitally and entrepreneurially. With 42Stages, we are bringing together a strong and experienced partner with a product that embodies these values and offers companies completely new opportunities and approaches in risk management," says Finleap Connect CCO Andreas Reuß.
42Stages already has a first product on the market: "Backstage" is dedicated to operational risk functions such as information security and business continuity management. The approach was developed by former KPMG employees, and the positive response from customers gave rise to the idea of setting up a separate company just for the product.
