Karla raises 3.4 million euros

The start-up is now supported by renowned business angels such as Jochen Engert and Daniel Krauss from Flix Mobility.
The Berlin start-up Karla has raised 3.4 million euros in a pre-seed financing round. The investors include 468 Capital, La Famiglia and various business angels from sectors such as e-commerce, technology and last mile delivery. Among them are Jochen Engert and Daniel Krauss from Flix Mobility, Oliver Merkel from Flink, Flaschenpost founders Stephen Weich and David Nothacker, Julius Koehler and Nicolaus Schefenacker from Sennder.
In future, the start-up's app will provide online store customers with an overview of all orders and allow them to quickly adjust the delivery time and location to their individual preferences. Returns, refunds and complaints as well as customer services should also be possible via the app.
Philippe Padrock and Frederik Schroeder founded Karla in Berlin last year. The start-up wants to launch its product on the market this year and is currently developing it in collaboration with online stores.
