Seed round: Ordio raises 2.9 million euros

The Cologne-based startup Ordio has completed a successful seed financing round and received a total of 2.9 million euros from investors Capnamic and Simon Capital. Early-stage investors such as allygatr, Käfer Capital and Tiny Ventures - as well as Gorilla's co-founder Elmar Broscheit -had previously participated .
Ordio was founded in 2021 by David Keuenhof and Gregor Pilz and offers companies in shift operation an all-in-one solution to digitize all processes. More than 200 customers and over 13,000 employees already use the app every day.
The all-in-one solution is aimed at deskless workers and frontline employees who were previously excluded from digitalization. With the money from the financing round, the company now wants to achieve further growth and continue to improve the app.
Ordio has quickly proven what a great tool it is for companies with shift-based personnel planning. With the successful seed financing from Capnamic and Simon Capital, Ordio was able to win over two big names - a real success story in such a short time after the angel round!
