Seed round: Ordio raises 2.9 million euros
Jan Hendrik Reichenbacher | 22.03.2023Cologne-based startup Ordio has completed a successful seed funding round, receiving a total of €2.9 million from investors Capnamic and Simon Capital. Previously, early-stage investors such as allygatr, Käfer Capital and Tiny Ventures - but also Gorilla's co-founder Elmar Broscheit -participated.
Ordio was founded in 2021 by David Keuenhof and Gregor Pilz and offers companies in shift operations an all-in-one solution to digitize all processes. Already, more than 200 customers and over 13,000 employees use the app every day.
The all-in-one solution is aimed at deskless workers and frontline employees who were previously excluded from digitization. With the money from the funding round, the company now wants to achieve further growth and improve the app even further.
Ordio has quickly proven what a great tool it is for companies with shift-based workforce planning. With the successful seed funding by Capnamic and Simon Capital, Ordio was able to convince two big names - a true success story in such a short time after the angel round!
