"The merger with OneTrust is not the end of our story. It is the beginning of a much bigger story: We will maintain our goal and scale. With this step, we are going global," co-founder Benedikt Franke shares on LinkedIn with. The start-up's customer base will also increase as a result of the exit: OneTrust has more than 10,000 customers. As a result of the merger, Planetly could now also launch on the US market.

Anna Alex and Benedikt Franke founded Planetly in 2020. The start-up has developed software that calculates companies' CO2 consumption and helps them to reduce it. So far, Planetly's customers have included companies such as HelloFresh, Home24 and Personio.
