Airbnb founder Nathan Blecharczyk is one of the investors. The Berlin start-up rents out more than 20 tiny houses.

The Berlin start-up Raus raises three million euros in new follow-up financing. Airbnb co-founder Nathan Blecharczyk is one of the investors. Speedinvest and NFQ Capital have once again invested in Raus. According to the start-up, it has raised a total of six million euros in financing rounds since it was founded in 2021.

Raus rents out Tiny Houses near Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Dresden and Hanover. These are usually located on land owned by farmers or forest owners. According to the company, more than 2,000 guests have slept in the Tiny Houses since October 2021. The start-up also offers excursions via the app, such as alpaca hikes, farm visits or star hikes.

As co-founder Julian Trautwein says, the fresh capital will be used to finance the company's expansion and the development of its own platform. Raus is also expanding its range to mark its first anniversary. The company recently started offering stays based on the lodge principle. For example, larger groups of up to twelve people can be accommodated in a country estate near Hanover. The offer is explicitly aimed at employers, as event and co-working spaces are available.
