According to its own statements, the start-up has thus raised a total of six million euros in financing rounds since its founding in 2021.
Raus rents out Tiny Houses near Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Dresden and Hanover. These are mostly located on land owned by farmers or forest owners. So far, according to its own information, more than 2,000 guests have slept in the Tiny houses since October 2021. Via app, the start-up also offers excursion options, such as alpaca hikes, farm visits or star hikes.
As co-founder Julian Trautwein says, the fresh capital is intended to finance the expansion of the company and the development of its own platform. In addition, Raus is expanding its offering for its one-year anniversary. Since short the enterprise offers also stays after the so-called Lodge principle. In a country estate near Hanover, for example, larger groups of up to twelve people are to be accommodated. The offer is explicitly aimed at employers, as event and co-working spaces are available.
