Synctive receives 1.5 million euros

The start-up wants to establish subscription models in mechanical engineering. Now new investors are getting on board.
Synctive from Bielefeld raises 1.5 million euros. The early-stage investor Capnamic is leading the round. The Berlin-based business angels "Saarbrücker 21" led by Just Beyer, Johannes Schaback, Robert Maier, Oliver Roskopf, Stephan Thoennißen and Eric Ebert are also investing. Michael Mücke and Mücke Roth & Company GmbH are also participating in the current financing round.
Manuel Rüsing, Albert Gorlick and Alexander Wunder founded Synctive in 2021. The founders have developed software for subscription models in mechanical engineering. With this technology, it should be possible for any machine manufacturer to become an equipment-as-a-service provider. "To manage their subscription model effectively, however, machine manufacturers need a system that optimally supports the processes and employees of different departments. Synctive takes away the complexity and helps to control and automate key processes," says Gorlick. The company intends to use the newly obtained funding to further develop its product and expand its team.
"The world of mechanical engineering is changing - Synctive's technology enables companies to benefit from this progress by opening up a larger market with better margins for the machine builder and providing more flexibility and scalability for the machine user," says Franz Diekmann, Investment Manager at Capnamic.
