Synctive receives 1.5 million euros

The start-up wants to establish subscription models in mechanical engineering. Now new investors are getting on board.

Synctive from Bielefeld raises 1.5 million euros. The early-stage investor Capnamic leads the round. In addition, the Berlin business angels "Saarbrücker 21" around Just Beyer, Johannes Schaback, Robert Maier, Oliver Roskopf, Stephan Thoennißen and Eric Ebert invest. In addition, Michael Mücke and Mücke Roth & Company GmbH are participating in the current financing round.

Manuel Rüsing, Albert Gorlick and Alexander Wunder founded Synctive 2021. The founders have developed software for subscription models in mechanical engineering. With this technology, it should be possible for any machine manufacturer to become an Equipment-as-a-Service provider. "However, to effectively manage their subscription model, machine builders need a system that optimally supports the processes and employees of different departments. Synctive takes the complexity out and helps control and automate essential processes," says Gorlick. The company plans to use the newly obtained funding to further develop its product and expand its team.
