Check24 launches in Austria
After expanding into Spain, the next step is now to be taken into other European countries.
The comparison portal Check24 is apparently set to expand into Austria, as reported by Finance Forward. Under the leadership of manager Florian Reichert, Check24 is currently setting up a branch in Austria. The company has already founded two companies in Vienna and is now looking for the right personnel.
The comparison portal Check24 emerged from the group of companies founded in 1999 in 2008. Founded by Henrich Blase, the company offers price comparisons for various products. For example, customers can compare insurance policies, rental cars or electricity tariffs. According to its own figures, the company has 15 million customers and is the largest comparison portal in Germany.
The comparison portal already expanded to Spain at the beginning of 2020. Check24 plans to be represented in several European countries in the coming years. However, expansion into the USA is not imminent.
