Limehome focuses on expansion: apartments in three more countries

Limehome is expanding and opening new locations in Italy, Greece and Switzerland. Travelers will soon be able to enjoy fully digitalized design apartments in these countries.
Limehome is expanding its presence in Europe and entering three new markets: Italy, Greece and Switzerland. The company, which offers fully digitalized design apartments, is planning new locations in Rome, Milan, on the Amalfi Coast, Athens, Piraeus and Zurich. These cities are popular tourist destinations and important business locations.
Italy and Greece are important leisure destinations, and Zurich is attractive for business travelers. We see opportunities for our business model in all three markets and plan to expand our offering in these countries.

In Italy, Limehome is opening new locations in Rome, Milan, Salerno and on the Amalfi Coast. In Rome, the focus is on the San Lorenzo district near La Sapienza University and Rome Termini central station. In Milan, Limehome has selected Porta Nuova, a neighborhood known for innovative urban development and tech companies. Limehome is also expanding its offer to Salerno and the Amalfi Coast.
Entering three such important markets is a big step in our expansion strategy to become Europe's leading provider of serviced apartments.

In Greece, Limehome has signed leases for four locations, including Exarchia in Athens and three locations in Piraeus, an important maritime city. For its market entry in Switzerland, the company has secured a project in Zurich's Old Town together with a group of investors. These apartments are expected to be bookable from mid-2024.
