Deepc closes successful seed round

The award-winning medical start-up has raised a seven-figure sum. The Munich-based company wants to use the money to revolutionize radiology.
Deepc wants to revolutionize radiology with AI, and now the concept has won over investors in a seed financing round: the Munich-based company has raised a mid-seven-figure sum. They want to use the money to further develop the software and establish it in Germany and Europe.
The Initiative for Industrial Innovators is leading the round, with other investors also on board.
Deepc develops software medical products that can be used to improve and automate diagnostic imaging. Some clinics in Germany are already trying out the software. Deepc was founded in 2019 by Franz Pfister, Julia Moosbauer, Michael Meyerhoff and Paul Mayer and has already won several awards, including the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy's Start-up Award last year.
