Einwert collects two million euros

The start-up intends to use the money from the financing round to expand its valuation platform.
Einwert raised two million euros in a pre-seed financing round. 468 Capital led the round. Wecken & Cie, the Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund and Infinitas Capital also invested. The VP Sales of Personio Oliver Manojlovic and Twaice founder Stephan Rohr are supporting the company as business angels.
The Munich-based start-up from civil engineer Christina Mauer and Maximilian Schlachter has developed software that is designed to facilitate the valuation of institutional real estate with the help of artificial intelligence. The real estate companies commission the appraisal from Einwert. Certified valuers then inspect the properties and evaluate them in the software. Based on inspection and market data, the AI makes suggestions on important parameters and compiles a standardized valuation report.
Einwert wants to use its valuation software to speed up the property valuation process. Previously, these would be valued manually in a process lasting weeks. The software can do this in just a few days. "The formal property valuation is mandatory for institutional investors and an important part of the transaction process," explains Einwert founder and Managing Director Christina Mauer. "Due to manual processing, there are often massive delays and there is also a lack of data-based findings such as ESG assessments in the appraisals." Einwert intends to use the capital from the financing round to expand its team and its valuation platform.
