Einwert collects two million euros

The start-up wants to use the money from the financing round to expand its valuation platform.

In a pre-seed funding round, Einwert raised two million euros. 468 Capital led the round. Wecken & Cie, Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund and Infinitas Capital also invested. VP Sales of Personio Oliver Manojlovic and Twaice founder Stephan Rohr are supporting the company as business angels.

The Munich-based startup by civil engineer Christina Mauer and Maximilian Schlachter has developed software to facilitate the valuation of institutional real estate using artificial intelligence. In the process, real estate companies commission the appraisal from Einwert. Certified appraisers then inspect the properties and value them in the software. In the process, the AI makes suggestions to them about important variables based on inspection and market data and compiles a standardized value appraisal.

With its valuation software, Einwert aims to speed up the property valuation process. Until now, these would be valued manually in a process that would take weeks. The software accomplishes this in a matter of days. "The formal property valuation is mandatory for institutional investors and an important part of the transaction process," explains Einwert founder and CEO Christina Mauer. "Due to manual processing, it is not uncommon for massive delays to occur and data-based insights such as ESG assessments are also missing from appraisals." Einwert plans to use the capital from the financing round to expand its team and valuation platform.
