I2x receives eleven million euros

Michael Brehm's start-up has developed software designed to help salespeople optimize conversations. The company plans to invest 100 million euros in the software by 2027.

I2x has raised eleven million euros from investors. UVC Partners led the financing round together with the new investor Bridge to Growth. Existing investors HV Holtzbrinck Venture, btov Partners, Discovery Ventures and Asgard also participated. Gaming entrepreneur Heiko Hubertz is a new investor. As part of the financing round, I2x also appoints Stefan Walther, Head of Technology, as second Managing Director.

I2x is a company founded by former StudiVz managing director and Redstone founding partner Michael Brehm. The Berlin-based start-up has developed an AI-based platform for communication analysis that helps employees to optimize their sales and service conversations. The software can analyze and transcribe conversations in different languages and capture emotions. Based on the analysis, users receive feedback and coaching. According to the company, I2x's turnover and number of customers have increased by 400 percent.

I2x intends to use the capital to expand its software and data protection features. The start-up also wants to expand its partner network and develop specific functions for German and European works councils. The company plans to invest 100 million euros in the expansion of its technology and further patents by 2027. "With strong partners such as UVC Partners and their expertise in building B2B companies, BTG and their many years of experience in scaling companies, and Heiko Hubertz and his knowledge of influencing human behavior, we can easily achieve our ambitious goals," says I2x founder Michael Brehm.
