IDnow takes over next start-up
IDnow already made a purchase in September 2020, and now the company has announced its next acquisition.
The second acquisition in six months: the identity verification platform IDnow is buying its competitor Identity Trust Management. The employees will be taken over at the Düsseldorf site and the platforms will be merged.

"We have known the leadership team for years and have built a partnership based on deep loyalty and mutual understanding."
IDnow is based in Germany, the UK and France and its customers include Sixt, N26 and Western Union. Last year, the start-up acquired the Leipzig-based company Wirecard Communication Services, a subsidiary of the scandal-ridden Wirecard AG.
