WoodWing takes over Qonqord

With the acquisition of its long-standing partner, WoodWing strengthens its presence in the EMEA region and expands its Enterprise Information Management portfolio.

The Hague, January 7, 2025 - WoodWing Group, an Enterprise Information Management company, acquires Qonqord, a long-standing strategic partner. The acquisition strengthens WoodWing's market position with a direct presence in the UK, Benelux, France and the Iberian Peninsula.

Expansion of the portfolio

Qonqord has specialized in content management and workflow processes since 2005. The acquisition expands WoodWing's portfolio with proven add-on solutions and improves its innovative strength for customers worldwide.
