Airgreets and Keyone merge

The two competitors are joining forces in the marketing of vacation homes in the Alpine region.
The Munich-based start-up Airgreets and the Austrian feratel subsidiary Keyone have announced their merger. In future, the companies will operate together under the name Airgreets. The investors Falkensteiner Ventures and feratel media technologies were involved in the merger.
According to information from Trending Topics the companies intend to raise further capital for their joint growth in a Series A financing round. The number of vacation apartments managed by Airgreets is to increase from 1,000 to 1,500. The company also wants to hire more employees and enter into partnerships.
Airgreets was founded in 2018 by Robert Larcher. The start-up takes care of the marketing of vacation rentals in Germany, Austria and Italy. Airgreets places the accommodation on various booking platforms for its customers and looks after the guests. The company organizes the handover of keys and cleaning of the accommodation after departure.
