The two competitors are joining forces in the marketing of holiday homes in the Alpine region.

Munich-based start-up Airgreets and Austrian feratel subsidiary Keyone have announced their merger. In the future, the companies will operate jointly under the name Airgreets. Investors Falkensteiner Ventures and feratel media technologies were involved in the merger.

According to information from Trending Topics the companies intend to raise further capital for their joint growth in a Series A financing round. The number of vacation rentals managed by Airgreets is to increase from 1,000 to 1,500. In addition, the company wants to hire more employees and enter into cooperations.

Airgreets was founded in 2018 by Robert Larcher. The start-up handles the marketing of holiday accommodation in Germany, Austria and Italy. For its customers, Airgreets posts the accommodations on various booking platforms and looks after the guests. For this purpose, the company organizes the handover of keys and the cleaning of the accommodation after departure.
