Cherish PR celebrates 20 years and launches the "Communications Accelerator Program", which provides young start-ups with over 150 hours of communication services to promote PR strategies and brand growth. Applications from global scaleups are open until October 31, 2023

London - Cherish PR, a subsidiary of Wilful Group and a technology and innovation agency in the UK, announces that it has launched the Communications Accelerator Program to mark its 20th anniversary. Scaleups from all over the world can submit their applications until October 31, 2023.

The Communications Accelerator Program is based on the experience and knowledge gained over the past two decades in dealing with world-leading start-ups. The program provides over 150 hours of communications services on a pro-bono basis to help young start-ups grow. The application phase ends in October, followed by the evaluation in November and the announcement of the finalists in December 2023. The actual start of the program is scheduled for January 2024.

The aim of the "Communications Accelerator Program" is to help budding entrepreneurs bring their technological innovations to a wider public. Specific PR and communication strategies are taught in order to reach new target groups.

Conditions of participation

To participate in the program, companies must already be operational and offer a product or service that is either on the market or has passed the MVP phase. Furthermore, they should be at least in the Seed or Series A funding round and have clear business and market entry plans. In return, Cherish PR offers workshops on communication, PR and brand building as well as strategic consulting and digital content planning.

Cherish PR has a successful track record, including well-known brands such as Wix, eHarmony, SmileDirectClub, Indiegogo, Kobo, Vimeo, HotelTonight and match.com. With the program, the company wants to highlight the importance of PR for the introduction of innovations and support budding entrepreneurs on their way.

Despite the current economic challenges, the UK has seen a 6.5% year-on-year increase in start-ups in the first 12 weeks of 2023. Founders and directors can apply for the Communications Accelerator Programme and share information about their business via the official website.
