ESA Business Accelerator Germany: start-up support for space start-ups

With tailored support, top networks and access to investors, the ESA Accelerator helps German space companies to become internationally successful.

The space industry is one of the most innovative sectors in the world - but access to markets, capital and networks often remains a challenge, especially for growing companies. The ESA Business Accelerator Germany is the first Europe-wide scale-up acceleration program specifically for the space industry. Initiated by the European Space Agency (ESA) in cooperation with UnternehmerTUM, the TUM Venture Lab Aerospace and acitoflux, the program sets new standards for the promotion of companies in this forward-looking industry.

While many programs focus on early-stage start-ups, the ESA Business Accelerator Germany specifically addresses scale-ups - companies that are already established on the market and now want to accelerate their growth. The aim is to strengthen the competitiveness of the German space industry and support innovative companies on their path to international success.

The ESA Business Accelerator Germany is coordinated from Munich, but is also represented in Hamburg and Stuttgart. In addition to physical offerings, participating scale-ups can also benefit from the program's expertise remotely.
