Footballer Max Kruse becomes a partner at eRockit

Kruse's investment in the e-motorcycle start-up is not his first. How much he has invested, however, remains a secret for the time being.
Max Kruse, professional footballer at Union Berlin, becomes a shareholder in eRockit Systems. The start-up manufactures motorcycles that are electrically powered and pedal-operated. The battery lasts up to 120 kilometers and the motorcycle is designed to travel at speeds of up to 89 km/h. Interested parties currently have to put down 12,000 euros for the two-wheeler.
The 32-year-old footballer Kruse is also a fan of fast e-motorcycles himself. "I've never felt the interaction between man, machine and driving dynamics as impressively as with the eRockit," says Kruse. "When I pedaled for the first time, I experienced the enormous power and incredible acceleration. It feels like you could fly. It's a brilliant bike."
The start-up from Hennigsdorf in Brandenburg did not disclose how much Kruse has invested. However, it is not his first investment. Kruse already runs his own racing team. In 2018, the footballer founded the "Max Kruse Racing Team".
